Whole 30, Day 3

Still bit sore from Mondays WOD. Can't tell for sure if the removal of my protein shake is actually affecting my recovery or not. Could be the caloric deficit.

WOD:
21-15-9
GHD
Wall ball 2 fer 1s 20# ball

Breakfast:
Banana

Lunch:
Macadamia nuts
3/4 cashew Lara bar

Dinner:
Banana
Almond butter
1/4 cashew Lara bar
Macadamia nuts
3 eggs with franks red hot sauce
