3 slices thins cut pork chops, w/garlic, salt, and pepper
2 eggs, scrambled w/franks red hot sauce

Lunch:
3 slices thins cut pork chops, w/garlic, salt, and pepper
Sliced Tomato & cucumber w/salt or franks red hot sauce.

Dinner:
Salt and pepper pork ribs
Steak

Snack:
Blueberry Lara bar
Pineapple
Macadamia nuts
Almonds
