Whole 30, Day 25


WOD:
Much needed rest day!

Lunch:
Chicken w/mushroom, garlic and balsamic vinegar

Shabu Shabu: ribeye, daikon, mizuna, salt, garlic, mushroom and water.

Snack:
Shabu Shabu: ribeye, daikon, mizuna, salt, garlic, mushroom and water.

Dinner:

Snack:
Frozen berries
Frozen blueberries
Pineapple
